1. Description of Service

Deep Focus Planner is an AI-powered scheduling tool that integrates with Google Calendar to optimize daily productivity. We provide features including task categorization, automated block generation, and performance analytics.

2. Google Integration

Use of our service requires an active Google Account. You are responsible for ensuring your account settings allow Deep Focus Planner to perform the necessary calendar operations. We are not responsible for unintended changes to your Google Calendar resulting from user-initiated actions or AI-generated suggestions.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Renewal

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. All subscriptions are billed in U.S. Dollars ($ USD) and handled securely by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. We do not store or directly process your credit card details.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) at the then-current subscription price unless you cancel prior to your renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing Profile → Manage Billing to enter the Stripe Customer Portal.

Service Fulfillment: Deep Focus Planner is a cloud SaaS product. Paid features (including 15 daily AI schedule generations, smart routines, and calendar sync) are activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

Deep Focus Planner and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of productivity, profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the service.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
